The HeartSafe Capital Region Fund is intended to be stewarded locally through the Community Foundation for the Greater Capital Region to support transparent grantmaking, sustainable public health infrastructure, and measurable regional impact.

Expansion throughout the 9 towns, 3 cities & 6 villages through community collaboration and partnerships.

Capital Region

Build a sustainable endowment fund to support ongoing regional survival initiatives.
